Refund and Returns Policy

Overview
Our return and refund policies differ from products we are offering. 

For Virtual Products:
We do not offer returns or refunds for downloadable/virtual products on our website. We would like to keep our clients happy, please reach out to us for any refund or return concern through: support@bodymakessense.com

For External Products:
For products bought or processed outside of our website, we humbly ask for you to contact directly the website for any concern. You may also send us an email regarding it so we could help you. You may email us at: support@bodymakessense.com

For Makes Sense Essentials Oils:
Orders are processed and shipped during normal business hours (8:00am-5:00pm) Monday through Friday. A flat rate of C$15 is added for shipping and handling. (Shipping is limited to Canada)

We are confident in our products. We are so confident that you will be fully satisfied that we created THE FOREVER GUARANTEE!

When you buy any of the products you can rest easy that it will do exactly what you are expecting. If not, just send it back. You may return damaged or defective merchandise at any time for any reason FOREVER!

The return shipping cost of the product is the responsibility of the customer. We will fully refund the cost of the product once the Ohio Headquarters has received it with an explanation why you are returning it. Returns for damaged products are not required, but documentation (pictures or video) is a must. Please avoid sending the products back to the manufacturer without prior notice.

Please note: A minimum of 2 orders would be needed as of the moment.

Refunds
Once we received your return/exchange request, we will send you an acknowledgement letter together with instructions on how to send the items back. Once the Ohio office confirms to receive your item, we will credit the amount to your account within three (3-5) business days.

Late or missing refunds
If you have not received a refund within three (3) business days, kindly check your bank account as there might be some technical issues. For immediate concerns, please email us at support@bodymakessense.com.

Shipping returns
Once you have received an email confirmation from our technical team, kindly send back the item to our Ohio office.
